Conflict is an inevitable part of professional life, especially in academic settings, where differing perspectives and high expectations can sometimes lead to friction. This two-day training provides postdocs with practical tools and strategies to recognize, address, and resolve conflicts effectively, with additional focus placed on gender-specific themes related to conflict and conflict management. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and group discussions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of conflict dynamics and develop skills to foster constructive dialogue.
