Maria von Linden Training Program
The Maria von Linden Training Program enables women (early-career) researchers at all stages in their career at the University of Bonn to participate in a range of workshops dedicated to helping them refine their skills profile and plan the progress of their academic career.
Who was Maria Gräfin von Linden?
The program's namesake – Maria Gräfin von Linden (1869-1936) – was the first woman professor at the University of Bonn. Her life story is representative of the pioneers of women's higher education, who still had to fight hard for their right to an academic career.

Cost
The Gender Equality Office covers the costs of all workshops in the program.
Location
You can find the location or room of each event listed on the individual workshop websites. We will continue to offer certain events online.
Registering and Cancelling Your Registration
In order to participate in a workshop, you must register for it using its online registration form. Your registration is binding. You can find the deadlines for registration on the individual workshop websites and information on the conditions under which you may withdraw your registration in the "Information on Registration & Terms and Conditions". Workshop cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
