Focal points of activity include:

  • Participation in the University's human resource, social and organizational activities that affect the interests of women. This applies in particular to appointment and appointment procedures as well as personnel development measures.
  • Development of measures and concepts to implement gender mainstreaming
  • Participation in creating, updating and implementing equality plans
  • Advice on scholarships and support opportunities for women
  • Receiving gender discrimination complaints
  • Advice and support for people who experience sexual harassment or discrimination
  • Development and implementation of projects that aim to increase the proportion of women in natural science and technical subjects
  • Initiation of measures to reconcile science, study, job and family
  • Stimulating and supporting the institutionalization of gender research
