 The workshop will include how to best build your profile\, how to optimize
  your visibility to recruiters and potential contacts using the LinkedIn a
 lgorithm\, how to best utilize the platform search engine and search mask 
 to search for inspiration for your profile or to find new contacts\, and h
 ow to utilize the site for your own career orientation and job search. The
  workshop will also cover networking best practices\, and will place an em
 phasis on the specific challenges women* face in terms of networking and v
 isibility.
