  the University of Bonn who aspire to or have already embarked on an acade
 mic career. In our community\, young female academics\, post-doctoral rese
 archers\, junior professors and professors from various disciplines get to
 gether to pursue the goal of effectively using opportunities and possibili
 ties on the way to a professorship or an academic leadership position thro
 ugh increased visibility\, exchange of views and mutual support at eye lev
 el. The hybrid event will contain an Expert Panel and Workshop (1\,5 h) fo
 llowed by an In-Person Get-Together to further discuss the workshop result
