Planning Your Career as a Master Student or a Doctoral Researcher

Do I want to stay in academia and plan ahead for a career in research? What else is out there? After having finished your MSc or your PhD, there are many different options for female scientists within but also outside of academia.
This workshop is to help you to define your personal career decision by bringing together your individual qualification profile with your personal values, skills, experiences and what actually does light a fire within you. Transferring these into a realistic and motivating scheme for the next five years is also part of the workshop.

This workshop will help the female participants in addressing these topics so as to strengthen their self-efficacy in regard to their career. Additionally, it will focus on strategic career planning within academia and provide them with some ideas on how to transfer to other fields.
